Advertising Poster Handcraft Exhibition Sewing Art Deco KaDeWe. Original vintage advertising poster in German for an exhibition of handicraft works at the Berlin department store KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens; since 1907): Handarbeits-Ausstellung. Colourful Art Deco style design featuring a young child wearing an oversized hat and knitting with two blue knitting needles, sitting amongst balls of multicoloured wool with the title below in stylised black letters. Large size. Very good condition, creases and faint stains in margins, backed on linen. Country of issue: Germany, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 118.5x80, year of printing: 1920s.
