Advertising Poster Oatmeal Field Sikker Hansen Havre. Original vintage Danish food advertising poster: Havre Davre Gryn - their main meal of oatmeal. Great image featuring two children sitting in the grass in a field, one child blowing on some wheat and the other girl looking out towards the viewer. Artwork by the illustrator, Aage Sikker Hansen (1897-1955). Good condition, staining on the top margin, creases on left margin and very small loss on the bottom left corner. Aage Sikker Hansen (born 29 July 1897 in Grenaa, died October 27, 1955 in Copenhagen ) was a Danish artist, poster artist and book illustrator . He was an employee of Politikens "Magasinet" for a number of years . He is behind advertising posters such as. FDB's Circle Coffee. He was the son of machine designer Markus Sikker Hansen and Valborg Augusta born Rasmussen, was trained painter in Aalborg in 1916 and departed from Aalborg Technical School in 1917.
