Original vintage advertising poster for the Recent drawing exhibition by Steinberg at Galerie Maeght in April and May 1953 featuring an illustration of a building resembling a train station with railway tracks in the foreground and a gentleman in a uniform above. Design by Saul Steinberg (1914-1999), an American artist, best known for his work for The New Yorker, most notably View of the World from 9th Avenue. Printed by Mourlot, Paris. Excellent condition.
