Taylor (1881-1934) depicting an Art Deco design with ladies and gentlemen in elegant dresses and tuxedos seated at the tables with champagne bottles and glasses entertained by a dance performance with colourful lanterns above the dance floor, the caption reads - Brightest London and home by Underground. - .
